To create the perfect crust, we road tripped far and wide in search of the ideal texture, taste, rise, thickness and look. We wanted our crust to be crispy, yet airy, light yet sturdy. Many miles later, we took our vision to a special group of dough experts (yes, there are such people) who used their 20+ years of experience to help us develop the perfect recipe and process so that we could craft the perfect crust every single time.
